Course overview
Force on Force is the most demanding scenario course in the curriculum. Students face role players in evolving situations using marking cartridges and full protective equipment. The emphasis is on judgment, verbal skills, avoidance, and legally and ethically sound decision-making — not on winning a gunfight.
Who this is for
Experienced students who have completed Force on Target and want their judgment tested against an unpredictable opponent.

Safety requirements
NO LIVE AMMUNITION. This is a marking-cartridge course involving role players. All personal firearms, magazines, knives, and live ammunition are secured away from the training area, and every participant is searched by an instructor before entering. Required protective equipment is provided and must be worn at all times inside the training area.
Live ammunition is strictly prohibited in this course.
Clothing: Long sleeves and long pants are required. Athletic clothing you can move in is recommended.
